PERMIT APPROVAL
When necessary materials and application have been submitted the
approval process will begin. The Zoning Administrator will assure that
the type of structure and designated setbacks on the site plan comply
with the Carbon County Development Code. Then the Building Inspector
will review the building plans and indicate items that do not comply
with the IRC 2006, NEC 2005 and/or IBC 2006 codes. Approval will be
completed within 15 business days of submittal. The 15-business day is
null and void if any additional information, materials, or alterations
become necessary.
